Hair consultation form

This form is used as a guide and any of the details can be discussed/changed during the hair styling.

Please arrive with clean hair. If your hair is greasy, unfortunately, it is really not going to style well.
Please bring images of hair you like. Ensure that you look at people with the same colour hair as you, blondes show detail and texture better, so if you are darker, you will never achieve the same look as blonde without dying your hair :)
Decide if you are a classic smooth style or a more texture loving person.
You can dry your hair with a hairdryer, but straightening or curling your hair on the day of your trial can cause it to not style well, so please keep this in mind.
If wearing hair accessories, hair extensions or a veil, it is a good idea to bring them with you.
